Printing Processes
The plate processing only uses Processless Plates, which are cleaned and gummed using only a water based solution and NO chemicals are involved at any stage.

With regards to the litho printing process, no chemicals or alcohol are used, we run *IPA – isopropyl alcohol-free on our litho printing presses and have fully automatic water based wash up facility on all units. The speed of make ready means we are up and running perfect copies after approximately 40 sheets only, making it one of the most environmentally friendly presses available in today’s market place. We use only soya based vegetable inks.
